The Cincinnatus Way.

Cincinnatus was an ancient Roman statesman. When the Roman Republic was faced with a crisis he responded to the call of duty. He was appointed an extraordinary magistrate to address imminent threats to the state.

Cincinnatus was not just a leader in times of crisis, but humble and devoted to civic duty. Successfully navigating Rome’s challenges, he willingly relinquished his extraordinary powers and returned to his humble farm.

Our company, Cincinnatus, draws from this spirit and inspiration, aspiring to embody the principles of public purpose and service to society.

A strong and capable Public Sector is essential for facing significant challenges and the need for reform.

Our thinking

Our thinking.

Aligned with the Public Sector’s strategic priorities, our aim is to leverage current Public Sector talent, expertise, capability and capacity, by identifying and filling gaps to create and implement specific interventions collaboratively.

Knowledge transfer and cultural change will be key enablers incorporated at the point of need. Combining internal and external resources, we will design, develop, test and implement the solution to reduce costs.

This will result in building an inspired, dynamic, empowered and trusted workforce that can deliver cost-effective services to Australians.
